System Engineer

Location: Cracow – hybrid or remote

Introduction and summary:The candidate will play a crucial role in delivering advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) and related automotive features, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and technical specifications.
Main Responsibilities:
Create technical documentation for ADAS, Interior, or Parking Features.
Be end-to-end responsible for the correct alignment, implementation, and deliveries of the corresponding feature.
Perform customer requirements and technical specifications analysis.
Support the calibration/tuning of the final feature on the corresponding car line.
Define parameters and functionality of the product according to customer requirements.
Coordinate different teams, competencies, and vendors to secure proper feature implementation.
Analyze the assigned feature performance in test drive conditions.
Actively support and cooperate with software and test engineers.
Participate in systems reviews and project meetings.
Maintain contact with customers regarding the project.
Engage in technical innovations and organizational programs.
Accomplish tasks in accordance with E&S quality standards and schedules.
Uphold the company image in front of customers and partner companies, continuously developing professional qualifications and safeguarding confidential information and company property.
Key Requirements:
Master's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Knowledge of electronics and electronic measurement basics.
Familiarity with microcontrollers and software programming.
Proficient in English.
Strong familiarity with MS Office.
Nice to Have:
Working knowledge of automotive electronics.
Basic knowledge of Python.
Experience in the automotive industry.
Knowledge of Functional Safety (FUSA).
Understanding of ADAS systems and features is beneficial.
