Storage Engineer

Introduction & Summary

As a Storage Engineer, you will be crucial in contributing to both daily operations and project implementations. Key expertise required includes experience with Unix, Linux, and various storage technologies.

Main Responsibilities

• Engineering in leading-edge storage technologies, applying the latest innovations with top industry vendors.
• Project work focusing on storage solutions.
• Daily operations management to ensure optimal performance and uptime.

Key Requirements

• Experience with Unix and Linux systems.
• Proficiency in storage and virtual storage technologies.
• Knowledge of NetApp ONTAP, Hitachi storage, Hitachi HNAS (or similar), and IBM SAN Volume Controller (SVC).
• Familiarity with Brocade SAN-switches and potentially Cisco MDS SAN-switches.
• General technical knowledge relevant to storage infrastructure.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Collaborative mindset, curious nature, and a commitment to exceeding expectations when needed.

Nice to Have

• Additional certifications in storage technologies.
• Experience in a multi-vendor environment.

This position is available in various locations including Gdańsk, Gdynia, Warsaw, and Łódź, Poland. Proficiency in English is required.
