Solutions Architect & Information Security Specialist

Introduction & Summary: emagine is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to support the SECIM (Security Classified Management) initiative, which focuses on managing classified documentation within construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess robust skills in solution architecture, information modeling, and information security, ensuring exemplary alignment with business objectives and security protocols.

Main Responsibilities:

• Deliver solution architecture documentation across process, information, application, and infrastructure dimensions.

• Lead and support solution design activities within project teams, ensuring high standards and collaborative cooperation.

• Analyze and map information flows and system interactions within complex IT ecosystems.

• Design solutions applying a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) strategy where applicable.

• Ensure compliance with established architecture principles and guidelines (e.g., integration, security, master data).

• Collaborate with information security specialists on information classification and the application of ISO/IEC 27000 controls.

• Engage in architecture forums and contribute to solution architecture practice development.

Key Requirements:

• Several years of experience in solution architecture and IT development, ideally in large and complex organizations.

• Strong competency in information modeling and data principles.

• Documented experience with ArchiMate modeling utilizing Sparx Enterprise Architect (mandatory).

• Proven proficiency in information security, particularly regarding ISO/IEC 27000-based controls and classifications.

• Ability to assume a technical leadership role amidst complex scenarios.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical subjects in a business-relevant context.

• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in the construction industry.

• Knowledge of solution architecture from design through to implementation.

• A background in software development.

• Familiarity with integrations, multi-system landscapes, and IT governance.

• Skills in workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement.

• Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure.

Other Details:

• Duration: Initially 6 months (with a possibility of extension).

• Location: Can be based in Stockholm or Gothenburg, interacting closely with stakeholders primarily in Stockholm.

• Travel: Occasional travel may be required within the Nordic region.

• Security: A background check will be carried out.
