Solution Architect (Fraud Prevention)

Location: Warsaw, Poland

Hybrid model of work: 1 day a week, office in Warsaw

Salary: up to 195 PLN/H net + VAT

Contract: B2B, Long-term

Responsibilities:

• Work as a Solution Architect to design and implement IT solutions in the Fraud Prevention service domain.
• Align technical design with business requirements, architecture roadmaps, and guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the bank, including business stakeholders, other architects, developers, and managers.
• Analyze and resolve architectural trade-offs in solution design, prioritizing requirements.
• Present rationale for compromises to meet project goals effectively.

Requirements:

• Ability to work in teams and quickly learn new domains.
• Strong leadership skills to align cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate complex technical solutions to both technical specialists and senior managers.
• Capability to maintain a holistic view of project and organizational strategy while focusing on key implementation details.
• Experience in software development projects using open-source and third-party vendor technologies.
• Knowledge of modern application stacks, cloud technology, and security, including SaaS and in-house application integration.
• Experience working in regulated environments with compliance, standards, and governance processes.
• Expertise in integration architecture, enterprise application integration patterns, and related technologies.
• Experience in enterprise solution architecture and technology implementation.
• Business domain experience in Financial Crime Prevention good to have!
