The Solution Architect is responsible for ensuring that the solutions designed are scalable, adhere to standard-first practices.
Main Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end solution design for all CE 2026 capability areas.
Define data structures, routing logic, automation strategy, and integration approach.
Ensure compliance with architecture and D365 best practices.
Lead technical feasibility assessments and recommend standard-first approaches.
Oversee configuration, development, and technical quality assurance.
Provide architecture governance and support regional onboarding (Nordics, UK, TBD more OPCOs).
Create technical tasks for the delivery team.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 7+ years of D365 Customer Service experience.
Proven design of multi-region enterprise CRM solutions.
Expert in standard-first architectures.
