Summary: This role is aimed at defining business requirements and ensuring that the Technical Services (TS) processes align effectively with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
Details: Experience Level: Minimum 5+ years.
Industry Focus: CRM/Customer Service domains.
Main Responsibilities:
Lead discovery sessions with Technical Service and Customer Excellence teams.
Document end-to-end business processes, acceptance criteria, and user stories.
Shape MVP scope and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Analyse cross-market differences and drive process harmonisation.
Support UAT planning, scenario creation, and execution.
Act as the bridge between business needs and technical design.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of customer service processes.
Manage senior-level stakeholder relationships.
Possess deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 at a senior level.
Key Requirements:
5+ years of experience in CRM/Customer Service domains.
Expertise in facilitating workshops.
Proven experience working in global organisations.
Deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Nice to Have:
Experience in process harmonisation across markets.
Familiarity with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Previous roles involving stakeholder management.
