Introduction & Summary:
We’re looking for a ServiceNow Platform Administrator to join a team of 6 dedicated Admins and testers. This role will support and maintain secure, compliant, and stable operations for our clients utilizing ServiceNow as a service. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of ServiceNow experience, demonstrating independence, proactivity, and professionalism.
Main Responsibilities:
The Platform Administrator will engage in core responsibilities aimed at maintaining robust ServiceNow operations.
Key responsibilities include:
Maintenance and Support of the ServiceNow platform.
Proactive Problem Management.
Ensuring Security & Compliance measures are in place.
Providing Light Configuration & Development support.
Collaborating with a team of Admins and testers.
Troubleshooting and resolving issues effectively.
Communicating clearly with stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
The successful candidate must possess the following skills and qualifications:
Minimum 2-3 years of ServiceNow experience in a similar role.
Ability to work independently and proactively.
Strong ownership of tasks and issues.
Effective troubleshooting abilities.
Clear and professional communication skills.
Nice to Have:
Additional complementary skills include:
Experience in Enterprise Service Management.
Familiarity with compliance frameworks.
Knowledge of configuration and development support.
