Main Responsibilities:
The role primarily involves daily operations management of the ServiceNow platform and adapting it to business needs:
Manage daily operations of the ServiceNow platform.
Develop and customize ServiceNow applications based on business needs.
Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and tools.
Automate workflows and processes to increase efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure high availability and stability.
Document system changes and updates.
Provide technical support and training to ServiceNow users.
Design and develop reports and dashboards to track performance metrics and KPIs.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
At least 2+ years of experience in ServiceNow administration and development.
Certifications in ServiceNow (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer) are a plus.
Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP APIs.
Professional English verbal and written communication skills.
Police certificate issued by the local Police authority.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Nice to Have:
Experience with various AI initiatives.
Additional certifications related to ServiceNow or cloud technologies.
Familiarity with agile methodologies.
