ServiceNow Developer

emagine is looking for a ServiceNow Developer, that will support the design, development and implementation of solutions on a ServiceNow platform. The assignment focuses on configuring and developing platform capabilities to support IT Service Management processes and related workflows.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and configure solutions on the ServiceNow platform.• Implement workflows, forms, business rules and automations.• Develop scripts and custom functionality using JavaScript and ServiceNow development frameworks.• Configure and extend modules such as ITSM and Service Catalog.• Build and maintain integrations with external systems.• Support testing, troubleshooting and platform improvements.• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards and best practices.• Document implemented solutions and configurations.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience developing on the ServiceNow platform

• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, business rules and workflow/flow designer

• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and Service Catalog implementations

• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations

• Understanding of IT service management processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Request)

• Ability to translate functional requirements into technical solutions

• Experience migrating workload to/from ServiceNow & Jira

Nice to Have

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Certified Application Developer (CAD)

• Experience working in large or complex ServiceNow environments

• Experience in the Telco industry
