Service Now Business Analyst
Introduction & Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst to provide application maintenance and support. This role involves operational support, corrective and evolutionary maintenance, and engaging in projects with a focus on optimizing processes. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between clients and the development team, possessing a strong understanding of ITIL and ServiceNow best practices. The assignment is long-term, suitable for a senior-level professional with over 5 years of relevant experience.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify, analyze, and document requirements in ServiceNow.
- Analyze existing processes and identify gaps for improvement.
- Recommend best practices for incident, problem, change, and asset management processes.
- Ensure alignment with ITIL framework and organizational policies.
- Liaise between business users and the ServiceNow development team.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst on the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong overall knowledge of the ServiceNow platform.
- Agile mindset; SAFe knowledge is a plus.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with ITIL certification.
- Familiarity with Change Management processes.
- Knowledge of Service Mapping.
