Service Management Analyst
The main function of the Service Management Analyst is to provide technical support and manage IT peripherals for the UE Property Strategy and Deployment Programmes, ensuring efficient operations across various sites.

Primarily Leinster, with occasional travel. This is a supportive role within a team focused on deployment programs.
For this role you will be travelling to different client sites daily, you will need your own transport.
As a Service Management Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless support and management of IT resources. Your core responsibilities include:
Provide onsite and offsite Service Management Analyst support.
Set up IT peripherals such as monitors, keyboards, iGel devices, and related equipment.
Participate in site visits primarily based in Leinster, with potential travel to other regions.
Coordinate and dispatch IT stock and peripherals from the office via courier.
Conduct regular stock takes and maintain organized inventory areas.
Assist in stock management activities.
Prepare site-related documentation, including signage, labelling, and setup guides.
Manage and update tickets within ServiceNow for tracking and resolution.
Full Irish Driving License
Experience with IT peripherals setup (e.g., monitors, keyboards, iGel devices)
Proficiency in using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
Strong organizational skills for inventory management
Experience in a similar service management role
Knowledge of stock management processes
Good communication skills for preparing site-related documentation
