Senior Test Automation Engineer (Python+Robot Framework)

• Location: hybrid in Warsaw, Gdańsk, Gdynia or Łódź

This position is in Information Factory train where we are expanding our Data Lake and building strong capabilities and Data Marts for enabling data democratization.

In this role you will work with some of the technologies: Hadoop Platform, Python, SQL, Robot Framework, GIT, Bash, AWS.

Day to Day responsibilities:

• Implement python libraries as extension for Robot Framework.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for test libraries.
• Identify and implement improvements and process automation for day to day tasks/challenges.
• Test scenario and test case preparation.
• Test data preparation.
• Implementing test automation scripts.
• Test results analysis and defect reporting.
• Release planning and reporting.

Description of knowledge and experience:

• 6+ years of development experience with Python.
• 6+ years experience with database technologies.
• 6+ years experience with GIT.
• 3+ years experience with Robot Framework.
• 3+ years experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
• Strong working experience with Linux and bash.
• Experience with containerization using Docker.
• Knowledge of streaming and queues technologies e.g. KAFKA, IBM MQ, Rabbit MQ.
• Working knowledge of Devops.
