Senior Test Automation Engineer (Python + Robot Framework)

Rate: up to 160 zl/h net+vat

Summary

The role of the Senior Test Automation Engineer involves independent handling of defined problems in the testing of IT solutions within the financial sector, primarily focusing on the CAAR project related to report generation for corporate customers.

Main Responsibilities

Core duties include:

• Able to work independently with defined problems on an average level within areas of expertise.

• Experience with testing IT solutions in the financial area.

• Take partial responsibility for minor projects.

• Proactive communication regarding possible issues and initiatives for relevant solutions.

Key Requirements

• 5 years of software testing experience.

• ISTQB certification or knowledge of its concepts.

• Senior-level experience in Python programming.

• Hands-on experience with the Robot framework.

• Mid-level SQL knowledge.

• Experience with version control systems (git).

• Knowledge of various file formats (XML, CSV, JSON).

• Good hands-on experience with automation frameworks.

• Understanding of CI/CD concepts.

• Ability to work in an agile environment.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge about data concepts (ETL).

• Experience in Unix/Linux.

• Hands-on experience with tools like Jenkins.

• Even if one "must-have" skill is missing, the candidate may still be groomed for the position if they possess the other required skills.
