Due to continued growth, we are hiring a Technical Business Analyst in Dublin/Cork to supporting the Enterprise Architecture function in assessing and managing project demands across various business and technical teams. This position focuses on evaluating project requests, gathering requirements, and ensuring that architectural insights are integrated early in the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Act as the primary contact for new project or change requests, collaborating with stakeholders to define scope and high-level requirements.

·       Collaborate with architects to conduct impact assessments and feasibility reviews for new projects.

·       Translate business and functional needs into precise technical inputs for the Enterprise Architecture team.

·       Maintain a demand intake pipeline to prioritize initiatives and ensure timely engagement with Enterprise Architecture.

·       Engage subject matter experts (SMEs) across various domains as per project requirements.

·       Coordinate and document architecture assessments and initial recommendations.

·       Produce key project artifacts including initiation briefs and requirement summaries.

·       Contribute to governance processes such as architectural reviews and demand trend reporting.

Requirements:

·       7+ years of  experience as a Technical or Solution Business Analyst in large IT environments.

·       Proficiency in enterprise IT architecture domains (infrastructure, cloud, data, application, security).

·       Experience engaging with cross-functional technical and business teams.

·       Familiarity with architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).

·       Ability to communicate technical constraints to non-technical stakeholders.

·       Experience supporting intake or portfolio processes.

·       High organizational skills in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Opportunity type: Initial 6-month contract (with extension), Hybrid in Dublin/Cork
