Senior Senior Python Backend Engineer for AI Platform

We're seeking an expert Senior Python Developer/Web Developer who thrives in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment with minimal bureaucracy. You will join our established international team (Denmark, Poland, Ukraine) to build a new AI application from the ground up.

A passion for AI is a major plus, and fluent English is essential for success in our distributed team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design and build scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems.

• Select and implement optimal data storage solutions (SQL, NoSQL, Vector, Graph).

• Master advanced Python to ensure memory-efficient code.

• Use profiling tools to diagnose and eliminate performance bottlenecks.

• Implement robust CI/CD pipelines.

• Conduct comprehensive testing (unit, integration, E2E).

• Ensure full system observability (logging, metrics, tracing).

Key Requirements:

• 7 years of Python development experience.

• 5 years of experience with CI/CD processes.

• 5 years of experience in designing and implementing distributed systems.

Nice to Have:

• Strong problem-solving skills.
