Senior SAP Project Manager – S/4HANA Cloud Migration

emagine is seeking a Senior SAP Project Manager with extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA and proven success in managing complex on-premise to cloud migration projects. This role is critical in driving our digital transformation as we upgrade our current SAP environment to S/4HANA Cloud. You will lead a high-impact program, ensuring alignment with business goals, technical feasibility, and timeline adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management for the SAP S/4HANA migration from on-premise to cloud.

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and system integrators to ensure smooth delivery.

• Manage project risks, dependencies, and change requests.

• Oversee system integration, data migration, and testing activities.

• Act as the central point of contact for all SAP S/4HANA project-related communications.

• Ensure project governance and compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.

• Facilitate workshops and steering committee meetings to drive decisions and maintain transparency.

• Provide leadership and mentoring to project team members.

Key Requirements:

• 8+ years of SAP project management experience, with at least 3 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.

• Demonstrated experience in SAP ECC to S/4HANA Cloud migrations (public or private edition).

• Strong understanding of SAP Activate methodology and cloud-specific migration strategies.

• Proven track record in managing large, cross-functional teams and complex stakeholder environments.

• Familiarity with tools like SAP Solution Manager, Jira, MS Project, or similar.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

• Fluency in English; Swedish is a plus.

Nice to Have:

• PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP-certified Project Manager.

• Experience in wholesale, distribution, or similar industries is advantageous.

• Familiarity with SAP BTP, Fiori, and integrations (SAP PI/PO or CPI) is a strong plus.

Start date: Primo/medio Feb 2026.

Duration: 3-6 months + option

Location: Vallensbæk

Onsite/remote: 3-4 days pr week
