Senior Report Analyst

emagine is seeking a Senior Reporting Analyst with hands-on experience in accounting and financial regulatory reporting, specifically in areas like COREP, FINREP, and liquidity reporting.

End: 2026-10-31 (with possible extension)
Location: Stockholm (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Main Responsibilities:

Essential responsibilities include:

• Drive monthly and quarterly closing and reporting activities.

• Perform internal reporting to Group level.

• Conduct Regulatory reporting to Finansinspektionen and other authorities.

• Cooperate closely with the Group Finance team.

• Ensure reporting compliance with external and internal requirements.

• Engage in technical accounting questions and interpretation of accounting standards.

Key Requirements:

• Academic degree in Accounting or Finance with minimum 5 years relevant experience in accounting, audit or similar finance role in a large corporation.

• Good awareness of technical accounting and reporting requirements under IFRS and Swedish GAP.

• Interest in the banking industry's regulatory reporting framework.

• Previous experience in financial industry or bank’s regulatory reporting is advantageous.

Nice to Have:

• Strong accounting competences and understanding of main accounting principles and processes.

• Competence to read and understand financial statements.

• Prior experience in bank’s regulatory reporting is desired, but not mandatory.

• Excellent Excel skills with expertise in common accounting formulas/functions.

• Structured and analytical working approach.

• Ability to prioritize and make decisions under pressure.

• Strong communication skills for effective cooperation.

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

• Can-do attitude and proactive approach.

Other Details:

The position is based in Stockholm with a hybrid work model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. The engagement is expected to last until October 31, 2026, with a possibility of extension.
