Senior Project Manager with SAP EWM experience

emagine are looking for a Senior Project Manager with strong hands-on experience with SAP EWM. The primary focus of this role is to lead and drive a comprehensive analysis of the current SAP setup and align it with the business requirements for the implementation of a new SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis of the existing SAP landscape and warehouse management processes

• Assess gaps between current setup and future SAP EWM requirements

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to capture and clarify needs and expectations

• Define and document requirements for the SAP EWM implementation

• Provide strategic recommendations for solution design and implementation approach

• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings

• Ensure alignment between IT and business throughout the analysis phase

• Prepare decision material and support governance processes

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in complex environments

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management)

• Demonstrated experience performing similar analysis projects and pre-implementation assessments

• Solid understanding of end-to-end warehouse and logistics processes

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Ability to translate business needs into SAP solutions

Nice to Have

• Experience from large international organizations

• Prior experience with SAP transformations or S/4HANA programs

• Strong facilitation and workshop leadership skills
