About the Role:

We’re seeking highly skilled Senior Project Managers for a 6-month engagement with the opportunity to work onsite in Poland. We value professionals who excel in project management, possess strong communication skills, and can effectively navigate complex dynamics while maintaining robust stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and deploying projects efficiently.

• Mitigate risks and monitor project KPIs.
• Participate actively in stakeholder meetings.
• Manage complex and proactive stakeholder relations.
• Oversee migration project activities using JIRA.
• Ensure timely and effective project delivery.

Requirements:

• 6-10 years of experience in project management.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Fluency in English (C1 level).
• Proven ability to build and sustain business relationships.
• Composed demeanor under pressure in dynamic environments.
• Focus on goal achievement and solution-oriented approaches.

Nice to have:

• Experience with large-scale migration projects.
• Working knowledge of JIRA and other project management tools.
