Due to continued growth, we are currently hiring a Senior Project Manager (IT Infrastructure) to join our team.

A snapshot of your key responsibilities as Senior Project Manager (IT Infrastructure) would be:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale IT Infrastructure projects from initiation through post-implementation

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, managing dependencies across multiple technical workstreams

• Manage risks, issues, and constraints, proactively driving solutions to keep delivery on track

• Ensure appropriate governance structures are in place, providing transparent and regular reporting to stakeholders

• Act as the primary point of contact for senior business and technical stakeholders

• Coordinate integrated teams of internal resources and third-party suppliers

• Manage project budgets and resourcing to ensure delivery against agreed timelines and quality KPIs

• Lead change management activities to ensure smooth transition into BAU

• Identify, escalate, and resolve problems in a timely and effective manner

• Support delivery within a 24×7 operational environment, including out-of-hours work where required

Requirements:

• 7+ years’ experience in technology environments, with a minimum of 5 years in a Project Management role

• Proven experience delivering complex IT Infrastructure projects

• Strong background in Network and Data Centre hardware upgrades (highly desirable)

• Experience working within 24×7 operational or mission-critical environments

• Demonstrated ability to manage integrated teams of internal staff and external suppliers

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills

• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, dynamic environments with competing priorities

• Experience delivering technology solutions across both front-line operational and corporate support functions

• Strong structured project management skills covering the full project lifecycle

• Hands-on experience with tools such as MS Project and Jira

• Experience working within Hybrid delivery models (Agile / Waterfall)

• Project Management certification preferred (PMI PMP or IPMA Level C or higher)
