Senior Project Manager - IAM Cloud Strategy

The role involves leading large-scale cybersecurity projects focusing on Identity & Access Management (IAM) in alignment with the EU’s NIS2 Directive. This position mandates effective stakeholder management across diverse teams and requires solid expertise in project management, cybersecurity, and IAM. The selected candidate will be responsible for navigating complex landscapes to deliver compliance-ready IAM capabilities as part of the clients comprehensive cybersecurity compliance program.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale, complex cybersecurity projects.

• Develop and execute cross-organizational projects ensuring compliance with NIS2.

• Collaborate effectively with various stakeholders to build consensus and navigate complex decision-making scenarios.

• Design and implement technical cybersecurity controls and IAM solutions.

• Support organizational change management initiatives to integrate IAM capabilities across business units.

• Guide project teams and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.

• Adapt to evolving regulatory landscapes and cybersecurity threats.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in project management and program execution of complex cybersecurity projects.

• Strong stakeholder management competencies with an ability to navigate complex landscapes.

• Expertise in cybersecurity and relevant certifications (CISM, CISSP, etc.).

• Experience in IAM activities, including global MFA solutions and IdPs.

• Excellent organizational change management skills.

• Demonstrated leadership skills to manage teams and projects effectively.

• Effective communication skills for conveying complex cybersecurity concepts.

• Strong adaptability to changing conditions and requirements.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with the energy sector and its regulatory challenges.

• Experience with agile project management methodologies.

• Relevant certifications in project, IT, and change management (Prince2, ITIL, etc.).

• Prior knowledge of SailPoint and Microsoft EntraID.
