Senior Power BI Developer – Supply Chain Analytics (Pharma)

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a Senior Power BI Developer to join an international team building a new dashboard for Supply Chain reporting in the CCW Commodity area for Novo Nordisk.

This role involves both front-end dashboard development and semantic data modeling in Power BI. You will transform and prepare data, design KPIs, and build scalable and insightful reports using multiple data sources such as Databricks, Snowflake, and SQL databases.

You’ll also collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into intuitive, user-friendly dashboards and data products.

YOUR TASKS:

• Design, develop, and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards.
• Build and maintain semantic models and DAX measures.
• Transform and prepare data using Power Query.
• Collaborate with business users to define KPIs, metrics, and calculations.
• Integrate data from various sources (Databricks, Snowflake, SQL).
• Ensure data model stability and report performance.
• Document technical specifications and support knowledge sharing within the team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Power BI Developer.
• Strong expertise in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
• Experience working with Databricks, Snowflake, and SQL.
• Previous exposure to Supply Chain or Pharma domains is a big plus.
• Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong written and spoken English (minimum B2 level).
