What You'll Be Doing:

• Create from scratch: Design and develop solutions to the problems, integrations, and APIs to meet evolving business needs.

• Define the future: Shape and execute the development roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and client needs.

• Collaborate: Work closely with engineers and product managers to deliver exceptional products.

• Optimize and Innovate: Leverage your expertise to improve system performance, scalability, and reliability.

Our Tech Environment:

We operate in a modern cloud-native environment with containerized microservices. Our primary stack includes .NET 8 with C#, both SQL and NoSQL databases for different use cases, and we run everything on Kubernetes in AWS. We're always open to new technologies that can help us build better solutions.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of .NET backend development experience with a strong foundation in distributed systems.

• Deep understanding of API design principles (REST, RPC) and microservices architecture.

• Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases, and knowledge of when to use each.

• Solid grasp of testing methodologies including unit, integration, and performance testing.

• Experience with container orchestration (preferably Kubernetes) and cloud platforms.

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

• A product-oriented approach that puts user needs first.

• Fluency in English, both speaking and writing.
