Senior Manager - Solution Sales
Summary
The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth in Digital SaaS solutions, focusing on Customer Experience (CX), CCaaS, and Salesforce platforms in the UAE and KSA markets. This role requires strategic sales capabilities, regional market expertise, and a track record of successfully closing complex enterprise deals.
Main Responsibilities
Drive new business acquisition for SaaS, CX, CCaaS, and Salesforce solutions.
Manage the complete sales lifecycle from opportunity identification to closure.
Build and maintain a strong enterprise pipeline across UAE and KSA.
Engage with senior stakeholders and C-level decision makers.
Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to develop tailored solutions.
Lead RFP/RFI responses and commercial negotiations.
Manage strategic accounts and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM reporting.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
8-10 years of sales experience in SaaS/Cloud/Digital solutions.
Proven experience selling CX platforms, CCaaS, and Salesforce solutions.
Demonstrated success in closing large, complex enterprise deals.
Strong exposure to UAE and KSA markets.
Nice to Have
Experience working with enterprise customers and system integrators preferred.
