Rate: up to 175 zl/h net+vat (B2B)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IIQ Developer to contribute to our Sailpoint IIQ projects.

The Candidate should possess extensive experience in Java and Sailpoint IIQ, along with a strong background in developing IIQ connectors for application onboarding. The role demands analytical problem-solving skills, adherence to high-quality development principles, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities

• Developing new IIQ connectors for application onboarding in Sailpoint IIQ.

• Engaging in IIQ related development tasks as assigned.

• Maintaining high software quality standards.

• Contributing to project efficiency and risk reduction through automation.

• Ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery of development solutions.

• Collaborating effectively within an agile development team.

Key Requirements

• Senior level experience in Java and Sailpoint IIQ.

• Proven experience in SQL database management.

• Experience in large projects within international organizations.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to maintain transparency and share knowledge within the team.

• Proactive and strong delivery orientation.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in English

Nice to Have

• Background in agile project management.

• Background in banking is preferred.
