Senior IT Security Consultant

Location: hybrid model 3x/week in office in Gdańsk, Gdynia or Warszawa

Rate: up tp 190 pln/h net+vat

Summary: The role of the IT Security Consultant involves enhancing security measures and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards within the financial sector. This position is critical to manage risks and strengthen the organization’s cybersecurity framework.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct cyber security assessments

• Audit IT controls related to access management and change management

• Oversee data protection and privacy measures

• Implement risk management and control strategies

• Configure RSA Archer for operational needs

• Address social engineering threats

• Collect and manage legal, compliance, and functional requirements for DLP functionality

• Manage compliance-related agreements to effectively implement DLP solutions

• Provide regular project status updates to relevant managers

• Drive implementation and improvement of DLP policies and use cases

Must Haves:

• Extensive knowledge of Cyber Security, Data Privacy, and Risk and Compliance Management

• Experience in executing project objectives and managing stakeholder expectations

• Expertise in Cyber Security processes, technology, and compliance

• Professional Project Management skills

• Proven track record in IT Security

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in an international enterprise environment

• Knowledge of Data Leakage Prevention (DLP) solutions

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the financial sector
