Senior IT Architect with Pega specialization

GENERAL INFORMATION:

Location: Gdynia (hybrid work model - once a week in the office)

Rate: up to 180 PLN/h

Contract duration: long-term cooperation

• Supporting the Architecture team by sharing knowledge and contributing to continuous improvements.
• Leveraging existing architectures and technology standards to identify feasible solutions.
• Simplifying complex systems by promoting the reuse of solutions and components.
• Driving design decisions for solution architecture and documenting the outcomes clearly.
• Collaborating with development teams to ensure proper communication and implementation of the architecture.
• Engaging with the broader architecture community to align on best practices and foster knowledge sharing.
• Utilizing structured documentation in Architecture Tools to maintain clarity and consistency.
• Working closely with stakeholders in the Consumer Finance domain to address their needs effectively.

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience:

• At least 10 years of experience in IT Architecture, with 3+ years in a Senior IT Architect role.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Excellent English communication skills to enable effective collaboration with stakeholders, fellow architects, and international development teams.
• Strong expertise in solution design, including creating detailed process and system diagrams as well as data modeling.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into architectural concepts, particularly within the financial services sector (e.g., Retail Banking).
• Proficiency with process automation platforms, specifically Pega.
• In-depth understanding of frontend-to-backend integration patterns.
• Familiarity with integration frameworks, including REST and Apache Kafka.
• Experience working with microservices and microweb applications.
• Knowledge of modern application frameworks such as Angular and React.
• Hands-on experience with agile methodologies, particularly SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
