Senior IT Analyst

Rate: up to 140 pln net/h

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team and bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. In this role, you will be responsible for translating business strategies into sustainable IT solutions, ensuring requirements are well-documented, and supporting smooth end-to-end delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business strategies, aligning them with target solutions.

• Elicit functional and non-functional requirements in cooperation with architects, developers, testers, and business/legal teams.

• Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements for the IT team.

• Ensure requirements traceability throughout the development lifecycle.

• Create and maintain high-quality requirements documentation, including use cases.

• Support testers and developers by clarifying requirements and verifying developed solutions.

• Conduct validation of test results and provide stakeholders with insights on solution effectiveness.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in IT and/or business analysis.

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, with experience in international collaboration.

• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.

• Familiarity with API development, Data Mapping, and Process Modelling.

• Knowledge of the banking sector and payment domain.

• Practical knowledge of SQL, user interface prototyping, and design.

• Ability to read and create architecture diagrams (e.g., sequence diagrams).

• Strong technical knowledge enabling effective collaboration with developers.

• Proficiency in analysis tools and methodologies.

NICE TO HAVE:

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the banking sector.

• Practical knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs.

• Understanding of PSD2, PSD3/PSR.
