Senior Infrastructure Project Manager

Introduction & Summary:

This position requires a project management professional adept at overseeing complex security and regulatory projects in a challenging environment. Candidates must possess strong collaboration skills, enabling them to work effectively with various stakeholders. A technical expertise in IT infrastructure, alongside PMP certification, is essential for facilitating project scope and ensuring successful delivery within budget and timelines.

Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for multiple projects.

• Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget.

• Assist in defining project scope and objectives while ensuring technical feasibility.

• Develop a detailed project plan for sharing with clients and staff members.

• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.

• Measure project performance to analyze completion of goals.

• Perform risk management to minimize potential risks.

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

• Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.

• Implement adequate governance with all stakeholders.
