Summary

The primary purpose of this role is to enhance client interaction efficiency by developing an AI-powered application that integrates with Zoom and Dynamics 365. The engineer will focus on automating the capture and management of client meetings and insights to improve service delivery within the organization.

Main Responsibilities

As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative solutions. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Deliver features from backend orchestration to UI rendering.

• Support integration with Power BI and establish data export pipelines.

• Implement an AI/Zoom app to automatically capture call details via the Zoom API.

Key Requirements

• Proficient in Dynamics & Power Platform with backend .NET development skills.

• Experience with frontend PCF integration with backend services.

• Strong capabilities in performance optimization for CRM forms & dashboards.

Nice to Have

• Familiar with Azure-based architecture and services.

• Experience in implementing reporting and analytics features using Power BI.

• Knowledge of Zoom API integrations.
