Senior/Expert Business Analyst

Location: Gdańsk - hybrid

Summary: This role focuses on bringing strong analytical skills to a project centered on Identity & Access Management (IAM), ensuring business processes are effectively designed and aligned.

Main Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Engage with stakeholders to identify business processes and objectives.

• Documentation & Specification: Formulate Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS).

• Solution Design & Validation: Collaborate with developers to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Project Support & Change Management: Facilitate discussions, provide updates to stakeholders, and support training for end-users.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in digitalization projects, particularly in IAM or cybersecurity.

• Experience with process development and testing of IT solutions.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Identity Access Management, SoD, and Toxic Combination Policy.

• Involvement in projects using IBM Mainframe systems.
