• Location: Global deployment across 30+ countries.

• Hybrid: The position offers a hybrid setup, depending on the candidate's location, with two office Locations: Kraków and Warsaw. The setup is as follows: 5 days per month or 3 days per month, with different locations having 1 day per month or 3 days per quarter.

Summary:

The role of a Senior Microsoft Dynamics – DQM Specialist Engineer within the Digital Query Management (DQM) program focuses on designing, developing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions that facilitate a best-in-class service function, enhancing client interactions and efficiency across the organization.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations, Business Central, or Customer Engagement) solutions.

• Develop and maintain custom applications, workflows, plugins, and integrations using Power Platform and Azure services.

• Gather requirements from business analysts, stakeholders, and end-users to translate them into technical solutions.

• Perform system configuration, data migration, and integration with third-party systems.

• Optimize and troubleshoot Dynamics 365 applications for performance and reliability.

• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers.

• Stay updated on Microsoft Dynamics and recommend innovative solutions.

• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations, Business Central, or Customer Engagement).

• Experience with Dynamics CRM/365 CE customization including plugins and workflows.

• Strong knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

• Experience with Azure services for integration.

• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems using APIs.

• Proficient in .NET, SQL Server, JavaScript, and C#.

• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.

Nice to Have:

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate.

• Familiarity with Azure AI or Machine Learning.

• Knowledge of TypeScript, HTML/CSS, or React for front-end customizations.
