Senior Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Engineer (project with AI)

Project Context

We are setting up a dedicated delivery pod for DQM, part of the Customer Services module in MS Dynamics 365.The initiative will integrate with multiple Dynamics 365 components, Power Platform, and Zoom (including the AI Companion).

Work on an innovative project at the intersection of AI, Zoom, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 – a truly unique combination, with a planned global rollout.

Responsibilities:

• Build PowerApps (PCF) components for meeting logs, summaries, and participants.

• Integrate with Dynamics 365 Client and Case entities.

• Develop Dataverse customizations and C# plug-ins.

• Implement workflows and notifications using Power Automate.

• Ensure delivery of managed solutions and compliance with DLP policies.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

• Experience with PCF (PowerApps Component Framework).

• Solid knowledge of Dataverse, Model-Driven Apps, and plug-ins (C#).

• Experience with Power Automate workflows.

• Nice to have: integration experience with APIs (Zoom, Azure Functions).
