Introduction & Summary

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer who is influential in managing IT systems deployment, supporting troubleshooting, and enhancing application performance. The ideal candidate should possess a profound understanding of CI/CD processes, Kubernetes, and various infrastructure technologies. A proactive attitude and excellent problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

Main Responsibilities

The Senior DevOps Engineer will be responsible for:

• Providing technical, administrative, and user support for applications.

• Supporting troubleshooting and incident resolution.

• Enhancing application performance and driving CI/CD automation initiatives.

• Deploying new releases and ensuring a smooth release process.

• Proactively implementing monitoring solutions across all necessary environments.

• Ensuring infrastructure security and compliance standards.

• Automating repetitive tasks to improve the efficiency and reliability of development processes.

• Identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks in infrastructure and applications.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.

• Proficiency in CI/CD tools including Bamboo, Jenkins, and Helm Charts.

• Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or PowerShell.

• Experience with containerization technologies, particularly Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as AppDynamics, Grafana, Prometheus, and Splunk.

• Proficiency in version control using Git and BitBucket.

• Deep knowledge of Kafka, MS SQL, Oracle DB, Postman, and SoapUI.

• Knowledge of the Pega platform is considered an asset.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with the Pega platform will be considered a significant advantage.

Other Details

This role may be conducted from Gdańsk, Gdynia, or Warsaw, with an office presence required for 2 or 3 days per week. Engage in a dynamic environment that encourages professional growth and collaboration.
