Main Responsibilities

As a Senior Dependency Delivery Manager, your core responsibility will be to ensure effective end-to-end orchestration of delivery across various programs, facilitating smooth migration and transformation processes.

• Engage with surrounding programs/service areas to drive CBP roadmap initiatives.
• Manage tracking, scope, risk, and stakeholder relations efficiently.
• Establish trustful relationships with key stakeholders.
• Translate the CBP roadmap, timelines, and milestones clearly to delivery partners.
• Identify delivery dependencies and align with external technology teams.
• Conduct regular meetings to address priorities and escalations.
• Regularly report on dependency management status and risks.
• Ensure compliance with internal delivery processes and timelines.
• Collaborate closely with release management and implementation teams.
• Continuously seek improvements in dependency management processes.

Key Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in large-scale transformation programs, ideally in Core Banking or Financial Services.
• Proven delivery leadership experience over the last 10 years.
• Experience with Core Banking software such as Temenos or SAP is preferred.
• Expertise in managing conflicts and problem-solving.
• Strong facilitation and decision-making skills, with a focus on collaboration.
• Excellent communication ability, tailored for diverse stakeholder engagement.
• Capability to coordinate within international and distributed teams.
• Adept in long-term planning across multiple domains.

• Proficiency in work-management tools like JIRA and Confluence.
