Senior Communication Consultant

We are seeking two Senior Communication Consultants to join the AI Upskilling & Adoption team.

These roles are ideal for strong executors who can translate complex messages into clear, engaging, and user-focused communication across multiple channels. You will work in a high‑paced environment where quality, consistency, and speed of execution are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and align communication for ai.hub across SharePoint, emails, slide decks, and internal channels

• Ensure all messaging supports the new global AI Upskilling & Adoption strategy

• Produce communication for both employee and leadership audiences

• Support the build-out of training programs for +40,000 global employees (slides, invitations, emails, follow-up flows)

• Create and refine communication for Leadership Training programs

• Contribute to rollout plans for global AI initiatives

• Develop communication concepts and activation materials for the Ambassador Network

• Work closely with SharePoint and graphic design consultants to ensure consistent tone, structure, and visual branding

• Translate complex AI topics into simple, motivational, and actionable messages

Required Experience & Skills

• 7+ years of experience in internal communications, change communication, or strategic communication

• Strong experience creating content across SharePoint, email channels, PowerPoint, and intranet platforms

• Proven ability to communicate complex or technical topics in a simple, engaging, and accessible way

• Experience in large corporate or global matrix organisations

• Strong execution skills — able to move from brief to high-quality output quickly

• Excellent English writing skills with a clean, clear, corporate tone

• High AI literacy and strong interest in AI‑driven transformation

• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and navigating corporate approvals

Nice to have

• Pharma experience

• Experience with large-scale training or upskilling initiatives

• Familiarity with visual communication and brand alignment
