Senior Business Analyst

Summary: The Senior Business Analyst is critical for leading a team to analyze file shares and manage stakeholder coordination within a large migration project involving over 6000 users. The role aims to streamline file share migrations through effective communication and reporting.

Main Responsibilities:

The Senior Business Analyst will lead a dedicated team focused on optimizing file share migrations. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the team of Business Analysts
• Unifying the file sources
• Creation and distribution of questionnaires
• Communicating with stakeholders on a daily basis
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports for management
• Planning the migration of file shares and communicating with share owners about planned phases
• Following up on requests from management/Project Manager

Key Requirements:

• Working experience with PowerApps
• Experience with Excel and Power BI for data analysis and reporting
• Experience working with SharePoint trackers
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken

Nice to Have:

• Experience working internally, due to time considerations
• Other Details:The position is based in Poland, specifically Warszawa, and is part of a migration project requiring close interaction with various stakeholders. The project duration and exact specifics will be discussed during the interview process.
