Summary: The Senior Business Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely reporting for ADNIC under a Third Party Administrator (TPA) model. Their primary objective is to convert high-level reporting requirements into clear, structured specifications that can be effectively implemented by the BI team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Convert high-level client report definitions into detailed specifications.

• Ensure traceability from requirement to data source.

• Define calculation logic and acceptance criteria.

• Reduce delivery risk through structured analysis and early identification of data gaps.

Key Requirements:

• 6+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in complex IT or enterprise environments.

• Proven experience specifying enterprise reporting solutions end-to-end.

• Strong source-to-target data mapping capability at field level.

• Experience translating high-level business reporting requirements into detailed, implementable specifications.

• Experience defining calculation logic, aggregations and business rules.

• Experience writing clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Experience managing and refining backlog in Agile delivery environments.

• Experience working across Product Owner, Architecture and BI / reporting teams.

• Experience identifying data gaps and inconsistencies early in delivery.

• Clear communication and structured documentation skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in insurance or financial services.

• Experience in health insurance or claims environments.

• Experience working within or alongside a TPA operating model.

• Experience supporting contractual or regulatory reporting commitments.

• Exposure to integration-heavy or multi-system environments.
