Senior Business Analyst

We are partnering with a fast-scaling international technology company building a next-generation SaaS advertising platform. As part of their continued growth, they are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who can confidently operate at the intersection of product strategy and complex software development.

As a Business Analyst, you will translate strategic product vision into clear, executable development plans. You will bridge the gap between Product Management and Engineering, ensuring that business objectives are transformed into structured, development-ready requirements.

You will work closely with the CPO, Business Architect, and key stakeholders, playing a critical role in shaping a new SaaS platform from the ground up.

Main Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the CPO, Business Architect, and stakeholders to document the business vision.

• Lead requirements elicitation sessions to define functional and non-functional specifications.

• Convert high-level epics into detailed User Stories complete with Acceptance Criteria.

• Maintain critical documentation like process flows and business rules in Confluence.

• Manage the product backlog in Jira to ensure prioritization and grooming.

• Act as the liaison for Scrum teams to clarify requirements and ensure smooth operations during sprints.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst preferably in the Ad Tech industry.

• Proven Agile/Scrum expertise.

• Mastery in requirements elicitation and User Story creation.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with SaaS and multi-tenant platforms.

• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.

• Understanding of API-first and microservices architectures.
