Summary:

We’re building a team.

New Project: Customer Services module of MS Dynamics 365. The primary goal of the role is to build and implement an AI integration with Zoom that enhances the client interaction process by automatically capturing meeting details and linking them to the Dynamics 365 CRM.

Main Responsibilities:

• Enrich Zoom events with client/case data and push to Dataverse.

• Secure API endpoints using APIM and OAuth 2.0.

• Build scalable backend architecture with observability and logging.

  
  

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience with Azure Functions, Service Bus, APIM, Key Vault, App Insights, DevOps.

• Strong expertise in .NET/C# for custom connectors, plug-ins, backend orchestration.

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform: Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, PCF Components.

• Zoom API & Webhooks: meeting lifecycle, AI Companion summaries, transcripts.

• Knowledge of Durable Functions for asynchronous processing.

• Experience with PowerBI for analytics.

• Knowledge of Azure Data Lake for data management.
