Senior and Junior Business Consultants – Audits

Location: Łódź/Warszawa/Gdańsk/Gdynia

Language: English (fluent in verbal and written communication)

Duration: February 3 – June 30, 2025 (possible extension until September), at the end of June, we will extend until September with a bank with some hours to allow for ad hoc questions.

Total Hours: ~1000h (Senior: 400h, Junior: 600h)

Rates: Junior up to 100 PLN/H Senior up to 145 PLN/H net + VAT, B2B

Start: ASAP

Responsibilities:

We are looking for experienced business consultants (senior and junior) to support two audits:

• Collective Provisioning Overlay Process (250h).
• Implement Retail IFRS 9 2.0 Models, including -monitoring and Mitigating Actions.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Retail IFRS 9 model development, validation, and audit.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, including ECB expectations.
• Strong coding skills: SQL, SAS, Python.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
