Senior AI Software Engineer - Azure DevOps (h/f)

Are you an experienced AI Software Engineer with expertise in Python, Azure DevOps and scalable AI architectures?

emagine has an opportunity for you to support the development of an AI Factory, enabling cross-functional AI capabilities and reusable services for global teams.

About the Role

You will play a key role in designing and implementing the technical foundations of the AI Factory, which aims to industrialize AI development, deployment, and governance across the enterprise, with a focus on agent-based systems and governance frameworks, while contributing to operational AI use cases.

Key Tasks & Deliverables

• Define target AI architectures and standards for scalability and security.

• Implement AI development and deployment frameworks for enterprise use.

• Build pipelines for document ingestion and instruction-based processing.

• Develop agent-based systems and reusable AI services for internal project teams.

• Ensure governance and compliance across AI solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners in Europe, North Africa, and India.

Skills & Experience

• Full Stack Python – Expert level.

• Artificial Intelligence – Advanced knowledge.

• Experience with GitHub and Azure DevOps – Confirmed.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and Agile development practices.

• Strong understanding of AI governance and scalable architectures.

• Ability to work autonomously in a distributed global team.

• Good English - used to working in an international environment.
