Summary: The Scrum Master role focuses on guiding teams in the effective implementation of Agile methodologies, promoting continuous improvement, and ensuring successful project execution.

Main Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

• Coach teams on Agile principles and practices for continuous improvement.

• Track metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and cycle time.

Key Requirements:

• Strong expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).

• Familiarity with metrics tracking methodologies.
