Scrum Master

Location: Gdansk (Hybrid, On-site 1-2 days per week)

Salary: up to 145 PLN/H net + VAT

Role Description: We are looking for a highly qualified and certified Scrum Master to lead and facilitate Agile processes in a cross-functional and virtual team. Our team comprises developers, Product Owners, Business Analysts/Webmasters, testers, and operators from various locations. Our primary goal is to maintain a modern, compliant, and stable intranet platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensuring Scrum principles and best practices are understood and followed by the team.
• Coaching the team on self-organization, cross-functional collaboration, and effective communication.
• Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and an agile mindset.
• Identifying, managing, and resolving impediments while driving process improvements.
• Acting as a key point of contact between stakeholders and the development team.
• Supporting the Product Owner in maintaining a well-defined backlog and prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Collaborating with remote teams across different time zones and organizational cultures.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Certified Scrum Master (SAFe or advanced certification preferred).
• Experience in facilitating and leading agile practices.
• Fluent English proficiency in both speaking and writing.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with distributed and remote teams.
• Solid technical understanding and ability to communicate effectively with development teams.
• Proven experience in fostering collaboration, leading agile events, and driving continuous improvement.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage impediments and facilitate process improvements.
• Experience working in similar organizations.
• Knowledge of the financial sector.
• Experience in scaling agile practices in large organizations.
• Proficiency in JIRA or similar Agile project management tools.
