Scrum Master (Banking)

emagine is looking for a Scrum Master to one of our amazing banking clients in Finland, Helsinki.

Start date: 2026-03-02

End date: 2027-02-26
Location: Finland, Helsinki (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Detailed description of work task to be carried out 

-Facilitate scrum events 

-Resolve impediments 

-Coach developers and testers 

-Work closely with business Product Owner 

-Drive relentless improvement in the team's processes 

Must-have knowledge and experience

Banking Experience
5 years experience as Scrum Master

Scrum Master certification (preferably SAFe)

Experience leading software development initiatives
Excellent planner and organiser

Skilled in visualising and reporting progress of team’s work

Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence

General technical / IT knowledge

Good communication skills

Can-do attitude

Nice-to-have knowledge and experience

Experience with Credit Customer Journeys
