Introduction & Summary:
We are at the forefront of an exciting Agile transformation, embarking on the journey towards full SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) implementation. We are seeking Scrum Masters to join our team, offering a unique opportunity to shape our teams, foster an Agile mindset, and coach on Lean Thinking principles. This role demands strong coaching abilities and a passion for enabling teams to achieve greater agility and collaboration.
Main Responsibilities:
This role entails acting as a servant leader for Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum processes.
- Guide Agile teams through the Scrum process while promoting an Agile mindset.
- Coach teams on Agile and Lean values and principles, continually improving value delivery.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives) with active participation.
- Support teams in identifying and removing impediments to progress.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a prioritized backlog and support efficient workflow.
- Drive continuous improvement by fostering a learning and adaptive culture.
- Work with other Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, and stakeholders to enhance Agile practices organization-wide.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience coaching teams in Agile practices and Lean Thinking principles.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) required; SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification is a plus.
- Proactive and adaptive mindset, able to embrace change in driving Agile transformation.
Nice to Have:
- Additional Agile certifications.
- Experience in a variety of Agile frameworks.
- Familiarity with tools that support Agile project management (e.g., Jira, Trello).
