Scrum Master

Our Client is a global leader in professional information, software solutions, and services for healthcare, tax & accounting, finance, risk, and legal sectors. We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support agile teams and help drive continuous improvement across our technology initiatives.

Your responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives).

• Coach and support Scrum Teams in applying Agile principles and best practices.

• Remove impediments and help teams stay focused on delivering value.

• Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.

• Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.

• Support scaling of Agile practices across multiple teams where applicable.

• Track and report on team progress, velocity, and key Agile metrics.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in software development teams.

• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban; SAFe is a plus).

• Hands-on experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to identify risks, dependencies, and improvement areas proactively.

• Fluent English (spoken and written).

Nice to have

• Scrum Master certification (PSM, CSM, SAFe SM or similar).

• Experience working in large, international organizations or product companies.

• Background in IT, software engineering, or product development.
