We are seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Security Expert to manage, configure, and optimize security within the SAP SuccessFactors platform. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in SAP SuccessFactors security modules and a strong understanding of security best practices, data privacy, and compliance in an international context.

Goals and deliverables:

Key responsibilities of this role: 

Design, implement, and manage SAP SuccessFactors security roles, profiles, and permissions.

Perform regular audits and assessments to ensure that security configurations comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with HR and IT teams to define and enforce role-based access controls (RBAC) and other security policies.

Ensure data protection and confidentiality within SAP SuccessFactors modules, aligning with global compliance standards (GDPR, SOX, etc.).

Provide expert advice and support to internal stakeholders regarding security best practices and troubleshooting.

Manage system upgrades and patches, ensuring no disruption to security configurations.

Support the implementation and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors across different global regions

Lead projects to enhance system security and performance and provide training to end-users as needed.

Primarily work schedule will be CET

Be available on-call on a rotating schedule to handle major issues outside of working hours Mon to Fri

Education and experience:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors security, with at least 5 years at a senior level.

Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors security configurations, roles, and permissions.

Strong understanding of HR processes and how they integrate with SAP SuccessFactors security.

Proven ability to work in international environments with cross-functional teams.

In-depth knowledge of data privacy laws and compliance frameworks (GDPR, SOX, etc.).

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

Proficiency in English (additional language skills are a plus)

SAP SuccessFactors certification (Security or similar).

Experience with other SAP modules or HRIS platforms.

Knowledge of system integrations, data migration, and interface management.
