SAP / SCPI, / SuccessFactors Integrations Specialist (h/f)

Are you an experienced SAP CPI / SuccessFactors Integrations Specialist with strong expertise in Employee Central data replication and SAP HR integrations?

emagine has an opportunity for you to support and stabilise enterprise‑wide HR integrations with a global team.

You will play a key role in ensuring accurate, reliable employee and organisational data flows between SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP ERP systems. This is a senior‑level integration support role focused on analysis, troubleshooting, and alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders rather than pure development.

Key tasks & deliverables

• Analyse and understand SAP CPI integration interfaces and underlying business rules supporting Employee Central data replication

• Act as the point of contact for clarifying integration logic between HR, IT, and technical integration teams

• Review Employee Central (EC) employee profiles to identify and resolve data quality issues impacting integrations

• Oversee monitoring, troubleshooting, and support of employee and organisational data replication from EC to SAP ERP

• Investigate replication errors related to infotype mapping, data validation, transformation logic, and IDOCs

• Debug SAP ABAP programs and use standard SAP transactions to analyse integration and user lifecycle issues

• Collaborate with application owners to reconcile data received via API, CSV, SFTP, or IDOC with EC data

• Maintain and update mapping tables, transformation logic, and integration documentation

• Proactively identify root causes of recurring issues and implement corrective actions

Skills & experience

• Strong experience with SAP CPI / SCPI integrations (analysis, monitoring, troubleshooting)

• Proven background in SuccessFactors Employee Central integrations and standard Master Data Replication

• Solid knowledge of SAP HR / HCM, including infotypes, data structures, and integration points

• Hands‑on experience investigating IDOC‑based integrations and replication errors

• Ability to debug ABAP programs and work confidently with SAP transactions

• Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business stakeholders

• Experience working in distributed, international environments
