SAP Integration Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP Integration Consultant to join our SAP and Enterprise Integration practice. In this role, you will design, develop, and support integration solutions that connect critical business systems and enable data-driven operations across complex enterprise landscapes.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver scalable and reliable integration services using SAP technologies and modern cloud-based platforms.

TUI, is a global business with over 70 000 people on board, great history and challenging plans for building a digital future. TUI is the largest leisure, travel and tourism company globally, and it owns travel agencies, hotels, airlines, cruise ships and retail shops.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (SAP CPI) and SAP Process Orchestration (SAP PO).

• Support enterprise integration landscapes by providing 2nd and 3rd level application support.

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into robust integration architectures.

• Implement enhancements and changes across existing integration interfaces as part of change and incident management processes.

• Monitor integration platforms, proactively identify issues, and ensure high availability of critical business services.

• Participate in integration architecture discussions and contribute to modernization initiatives involving SAP BTP services.

• Ensure compliance with security, quality, and operational standards throughout the software lifecycle.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, automation efforts, and best practices within the integration domain.

• Support DevOps ways of working and promote a culture of ownership and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP CPI and/or SAP PO.

• Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and middleware technologies.

• Experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite, SAP API Management, or SAP Event Mesh.

• Practical knowledge of integration technologies and protocols, including:

  • SOAP

  • REST APIs

  • RFC

  • IDoc

  • JMS

  • JDBC

  • XML

  • JSON

  • File-based integrations

• Experience with Groovy, JavaScript, and/or ABAP development.

• Understanding of ITIL processes and service management principles.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• SAP Integration Suite certifications.

• Experience with cloud-native integration architectures.

• Knowledge of CI/CD practices and DevOps tooling.

• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA integration scenarios.

• Exposure to event-driven architectures and microservices.
